3. Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the form endpoint.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to us by email.
  • Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) measures site usage, with your consent.
  • Microsoft Clarity records interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with your consent. Text typed into forms is masked.

These providers act on our instructions and may process data on servers outside India, which the Act permits except to countries the Government restricts.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the engagement and any period required for accounting or legal reasons. If we do not work together, we delete enquiry data within 12 months of our last exchange. Grievance records are kept for 3 years so we can show how each was handled. Analytics data follows the retention set in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can ask us to erase your data earlier.

5. Your rights

  • Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Have it corrected, completed, updated or erased.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. For measurement, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
  • Nominate a person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
  • Have your grievance redressed by us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any right, use the grievances and data requests page. You get a reference number straight away; we acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within one month.

6. Cookies

See the cookie policy for each item, who sets it and how long it lasts. Measurement cookies are only set with your consent.

7. Security and breaches

Forms are sent over encrypted connections, checked for abuse and delivered by email only to us. If a personal-data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
