2. Measurement: only with your consent
Google Tag Manager loads on every page, but in Google’s “consent mode” every kind of storage starts switched off. Google Analytics cookies are only set after you choose “Accept analytics”, and Microsoft Clarity does not load at all until then. We never switch on advertising storage or ad personalization.
